Bradford Council and its partners return to the UK Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum with the Bradford Showcase, putting the District’s next phase of regeneration and growth front and centre.The programme will spotlight the ambitions and investment opportunities within Built Different — the Bradford District Regeneration and Growth Plan.

Bradford is prioritised in Phase 1 of Northern Powerhouse Rail, with a proposed new station and throughline set to transform how the city connects to the North and beyond. This will deliver faster, more reliable journeys while significantly strengthening capacity and resilience across the rail network.

Get the right station, in the right place, with the right connections and this gamechanging investment opens up the Southern Gateway, one of the UK’s largest regeneration opportunities, effectively doubling the size of Bradford city centre.

The Bradford Showcase headline sessions will sit within the official UKREiiF Programme 2026, ensuring Bradford’s regeneration story is part of the national conversation around investment and infrastructure.

Bradford will also feature prominently within the wider West Yorkshire programme and the West Yorkshire Pavilion, led by the West Yorkshire Combined Authority.
